Ms. Georgetta McDonald
<p><!--block-->Ms. Georgetta has been the Center Director here at the Boston KinderCare for eight years. She got into the early childhood education field some time ago when her own children were young. It has been a great experience for her and every day she looks forward to seeing all the children's little faces. As an early childhood educator, Ms. Georgetta loves seeing the children learn and grow and experience new things each and every day. The best part is knowing that she made an impact in a child's life.</p>

Ms. Lucretia Beard
<p><!--block-->Ms. Lucretia was born in Sun Valley, California. She has worked for KinderCare for 15 years, and is currently the Assistant Director. Ms. Lucretia is married and the mother of three beautiful children: two boys, Jonathan and Jordan, and one little girl, Jade. Ms. Lucretia finished high school and went on to college, where she took child care development classes. She loves the enthusiasm of the kids and being able to interact with each one every day.</p>

Ms. Caitlin
<p><!--block-->Ms. Caitlin is so happy to be here at KinderCare! She loves kids and has known she wanted to work with kids for as long as she can remember. She and her little brother used to play school for hours. It is such an amazing thing for Ms. Caitlin to be able to watch these children grow and mature, and to be a part of it all. She absolutely loves arts and crafts, and the children do quite a few of those as well in her class. Being able to provide information for their brains to absorb is the greatest. Ms. Caitlin knows that this is such an important time in their lives and she feels so lucky to be able to teach and inspire these children.</p>

Ms. Rhiannon
<p><!--block-->Ms. Rhiannon has worked with children since she was a sophomore in high school. She has a son who is very active in school and sports, including football and baseball. He is why she decided to work with children. In July of 2013, she married her husband and they now have two daughters. Ms. Rhiannon loves spending time with her family and watching her son and grandchildren grow up.<br>The reason she loves her classroom is because she gets to see the kids grow and explore their independence. She and the children in her classroom love dancing, singing, and reading books. They build block towers and love playing house together. Ms. Rhiannon can't wait to get to know you and your family!</p>

Ms. Gina
<p><!--block-->Ms. Gina began her child care career in 1997. She began working for KinderCare in 2000 at this center, our East Boston Center. Ms. Gina is currently the teacher of Preschool Classroom B and is loving every minute of it! She has been married since 2002 and has two step-daughters and a god-daughter. In her free time, Ms. Gina enjoys Tae Kwon Do and has recently begun learning Jujitsu.</p>
