Best lawn treatment service I have ever had. The people doing the application actually care about what they do.

Lived up to the program outlined in contract, or service requested. Called ahead of time and showed up on day they said they were coming to treat lawn. Service tech were always courteous and answered all questions. If We weren't at home, then left computer printout stating service performed and suggestions on watering and mowing heights. Very satisfied.

The yard work is excellent. The current billing scheme leaves something to be desired. The work is done. There is a notification of the work, the same day. Several days later I will receive the invoice in the mail from the home office. I usually have less than ten days to payment due.

I have only had two spray and haven’t been able to see a difference. Maybe in the spring. The reason I gave a 4 Star rating is because I wasn’t given a call to notify me they were coming.

It is such a relieve to know that the treatments will be done at the correct time. I don't have to arrange or re-arrange my schedule to accommodate weather conditions to apply anything to the yard. When I come home from work at the end of a long day it puts a smile on my face to see the sign on the edge of the drive indicating that Trugreen has been there and serviced the lawn and it will be ready to water tomorrow. If I see any issues like a yellow dandelion flower in the middle of the yard between treatments, all I have to do is call Trugreen and they will promptly send out my agent to take care of the problem. I don't have to inventory any chemicals or application supplies and I get to enjoy the green grass all spring, summer and fall. It is truly worry free!

I had lawn care, shrub and tree care and aeriation. Can't complain about any of it except it is pretty expensive. Can't do it in my later years because of it. Do you have a senior discount. Am 75+.
