  Chandel Baty

  DNP, APRN, FNP-C

  Dr. Chandel Baty was inspired by the healthcare professionals caring for her during a hospitalization as a teenager. “I wanted to grow and learn as much as I could about the healthcare process,” she says. Her favorite part of her profession is “the constant state of learning and adapting.” She strives to treat patients like family and loves caring for her senior patients. “While I understand that I cannot always walk in their shoes, I will walk beside and guide them through their beautiful journey,” she says. If she could change anything about healthcare today, she would remove barriers, increase access, and lower costs. In her free time, Dr. Baty loves spending time with her husband and dog. She also likes reading and traveling.

  Brian Hilgenfeld

  MD

  Dr. Brian Hilgenfeld says he has “always felt a calling to help others.” He adds, “I chose this profession as a way to give back to my community as well as to challenge myself to lifelong learning.” Preventative care and improving quality of life are important parts of his practice. “I try to help patients focus on what they want to accomplish and help guide them to their best healthcare goals,” he explains. He likes learning about his patients lives and especially enjoys helping his senior patients live healthy, active, and full lives. In his free time, Dr. Hilgenfeld loves hiking with family. He also enjoys woodworking, camping, and spending time by the lake. While in college, he earned his pilot license.

  Angela Meyer

  MD, FACP

  Dr. Angela Meyer loves guiding patients and “helping people learn to adapt and thrive through the aging process.” She especially enjoys working with seniors to help ensure “that the remainder of their life is peaceful and according to their wishes.” She likes getting to know patients and takes pride in earning their trust. She never wants them to feel pressured to undergo an evaluation or treatment. “Peace and understanding can go a long way in improving one’s mindset,” she says. Dr. Meyer is grateful for the opportunity to treat patients around the world. She was a Fulbright Fellow to Germany and a short-term medical missionary to Kazakhstan. In her free time, she loves participating in 5Ks and walking in the park with her family.

  Dagny Davis

  MSN, APRN

  Dagny Davis is passionate about helping patients become the “healthiest versions of themselves.” Her favorite part of her profession is witnessing “the impact that good quality care can make on patients and their families.” She adds, “This career has impacted my own life more than I ever had thought would be possible.” She finds it incredibly rewarding to care for her senior patients and loves educating them on “the why” behind their medical care. “I’ve found that is very impactful for patients and encourages them to make good health decisions for themselves,” she says. In her free time, Dagny Davis loves spending time with her family. She also worked as an emergency room nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner.
